Very detailed pricing can be set up via the administrative interface, including initial prices and run-on prices.

Users and departments can be given access to order different items, and users can be set up with the authority to authorise those orders.

Access to the system is all password protected, and we track who has logged in and performed each action so there is a full audit trail of system activities. Furthermore, all sensitive information is encrypted using SSL certificates from Thawte.
